We are looking for an experienced n8n Automation Specialist with a strong programming background. Your mission is to automate internal agency workflows as well as marketing and business processes for our clients. The focus is on efficiency, scalability, and real-world, production-ready solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex automations using n8n

• Automate internal agency processes (sales, marketing, reporting, operations)

• Automate marketing and business processes for clients

• Develop scraping automations (APIs, structured and unstructured data)

• Build and integrate AI-driven workflows, including:

  • AI-based video and image generation

  • Text and content generation

• Create and maintain chatbots (e.g. for support, sales, internal use)

• Automate the creation of product listings (e-commerce, marketplaces, feeds)

• Integrate APIs, databases, webhooks, and third-party tools

• Document workflows and ensure clean handovers to team members and clients

Your Profile

• Strong hands-on experience with n8n or comparable automation tools

• Solid programming background (e.g. JavaScript, TypeScript, Python)

• Confident working with APIs, REST, Webhooks, JSON, and authentication methods

• Experience with web scraping (stable and legally compliant solutions)

• Interest or experience in AI-powered automations (LLMs, image/video tools)

• Understanding of marketing, agency, or e-commerce processes is a plus

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

Language Skills

• Very good English skills, spoken and written (working and project language)

• German skills are an advantage, but not required
