Digital Project & Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

The B2 Performance Group is an international online marketing company with headquarter in Germany and further offices in Zug (Austria), Zurich (Switzerland), Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca (Spain).

We are currently recruiting a motivated Digital Project & Marketing Manager (male/female/divers) full- or half-time for our fast-growing subsidiary in Barcelona.

Your tasks

• Supervision and realization of online marketing projects, communication with customers
• Design, management and implementation of online marketing measures
• Analysis, monitoring and reporting, and continuous optimization of these measures
• Market research and analysis of competitors
• Occasionally technical onsite analysis of websites

Key skills & requirements

• Excellent German and English/Spanish language skills
• Knowledge of one of these languages would be an advantage: Slovenian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, French, Russian
  
• Proven experiencein online marketing, especially in technical SEO, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and/or Google AdWords
• Personal initiative as well as entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour
• Good time and priority management
• Marketing and Sales know-how is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
• Confidential and friendly interaction with colleagues and clients
• Basic knowledge of HTML (CSS, JavaScript and server-environments is a plus)
• Awareness of trends and developments in the industry
